We are a design‑driven architectural practice in Dublin with over 280 employees. Our Interiors team is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist who can take a leading role in delivering high‑quality workplace projects while driving excellence in Revit and BIM within the group.

What you will do
- Lead the technical delivery of workplace interior projects from concept stage through construction
- Take ownership of Revit and BIM standards within the Interiors team and champion best practice
- Produce high‑quality technical documentation, coordination models, and tender packages
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and global client teams
- Solve technical challenges with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Contribute to the development of digital workflows, templates, and systems
- Support, guide, and mentor junior team members
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience as an architectural technologist, preferably with workplace or commercial interiors experience
- Expert proficiency in Revit and strong understanding of BIM workflows
- Strong construction and detailing knowledge with excellent technical problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in innovation, digital tools, and continuous improvement
