Job summary

Ardmac in Ireland is seeking a Head of HR Operations & Compliance to lead a best-in-class people operations function across Ireland, the UK and Europe. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery to attract, develop and deploy talent safely, efficiently and compliantly, championing governance and robust HR processes enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
• 10+ years in senior HR Operations or HR Business Partnering leadership.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• International mobility experience.
• Experience implementing HR technologies and people data initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HR policies, governance and frameworks.
• Ensure consistent HR service across regions and units.
• Lead payroll governance and benefits across multiple countries.
• Oversee international mobility, immigration and compliance.
• Manage HR systems and analytics (BambooHR).
• Provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations.
• Lead organisational changes and integrations.
