Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and governance of Application Management Services for enterprise applications. You will ensure service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement while guiding support teams.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, manage escalations and risks, oversee incident/change/release processes per ITIL, and leverage your knowledge of AMS to drive performance and transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java and J2EE-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on expertise with the VxField Workforce Management platform.
• Proven AMS, production support, and service operations background.
• Solid understanding of incident, problem, change and release management.
• Experience with Order Management, Billing and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AMS delivery, meeting SLA commitments and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Lead and mentor application support teams and drive collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and reliability.
• Govern incident, problem, change, and release management per ITIL.
• Provide SME support for the VxField WFM platform and optimization.
