Tata Consultancy Services in Dublin is seeking an experienced SAP AMS Manager to lead our IT Service Delivery team. You will manage SAP Utilities support, engage with IT and business stakeholders, and oversee incidents, changes and improvements across complex enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP AMS, strong governance and leadership, and experience guiding multi-location delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP AMS delivering support, enhancements, and transformations.
• Experience managing end-to-end SAP AMS engagements including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request management.
• Proven leadership of large multi-location SAP support teams onsite, offshore and hybrid.
• Strong governance, KPI management, service reporting and continuous service improvement experience.
• Stakeholder engagement with business and IT leadership to ensure delivery excellence.
• Experience with SAP transitions and knowledge transfer programs.
• Understanding of SAP support processes, governance, risk management and operational controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency and service performance.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-U and SAP CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management: ensure stable operation of SAP applications; manage incidents, changes and SLAs.
• Lead onshore, offshore and nearshore AMS teams; manage SAP consultants and resource planning.
• Governance & Reporting: conduct governance reviews; present operational, financial, risk and performance reports.
• Stakeholder Management: be primary contact for business and IT stakeholders; manage expectations during incidents.
• Financial Management: manage AMS budget, revenue, margins and staffing forecasts.
• Continuous Improvement: identify process optimisations; reduce tickets via automation; improve user experience.
• Drive innovation and value‑add initiatives.
