Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an AML Client Services Specialist in Ireland to deliver high-quality client service while ensuring AML and transfer agency compliance. The role combines relationship management with operational expertise, supporting clients through regulatory requirements and onboarding activities.

You will collaborate with internal teams and financial institutions to resolve complex queries, manage investor transactions, and provide accurate reporting while upholding risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles within Financial Services, AML, or Transfer Agency environments.
• Strong understanding of AML, investor servicing, or Transfer Agency processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues, and deliver positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client, investor, and internal inquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
• Support onboarding and document management activities in line with AML/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and third-party providers to ensure seamless service and positive client outcomes.
• Oversee processing and quality review of investor transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Prepare and review client and operational reporting with accuracy and compliance.
• Share subject matter expertise on AML/Transfer Agency activities and mentor colleagues.
