Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking an Operating Theatre Clinical Specialist for Ireland. You will support AirSeal adoption across Laparoscopic and Robotic accounts, acting as the clinical and technical expert for surgeons and OR teams from evaluation to routine use.

In this role you will train staff, assist with case planning, troubleshoot intraoperative issues, and partner with sales to drive utilization and clinical outcomes while ensuring high-value patient care.

Qualifications

Full, valid driving licence.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
Experience with medical devices or surgical procedures.
Understanding of minimally invasive/laparoscopic techniques.
Understanding of robotic-assisted surgery technologies.

Responsibilities

Clinical support to surgeons and clinical teams on system functionality and workflow.
Deliver training programs for surgeons, residents, nursing staff and anaesthetists.
Collaborate with sales to support account acquisition and utilisation growth.
Coordinate case coverage schedules and maintain records of interactions.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
