Unipharmedtech is seeking a highly driven Surgical Sales Specialist to lead the national growth of our barbed suture portfolio and related products across Ireland. You will act as the national clinical and commercial expert, driving adoption and revenue growth while collaborating with specialist sales teams and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Lead national sales growth of the barbed suture portfolio across multiple specialties.
• Deliver high-impact clinical support, in-theatre training, and product demonstrations.
• Build and leverage relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and key clinical stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and conversions with clinical and procurement teams.
• Contribute to national strategy, forecasting, and launch planning for suturing portfolios.
