ESP Global Services Ltd. at Dublin Airport is seeking an E-Gate Specialist Engineer to support mission-critical border control technology used by thousands of passengers daily.

You'll gain hands-on experience with biometric, hardware, software and electrical systems in a fast-paced airport environment. Join a team dedicated to quality, continuous improvement and exceptional service, with a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00) and security clearances.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience in mechanical operations or IT field engineer role.
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, Microsoft Desktop software & network fundamentals.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Proactive maintenance and visual checks of specialist equipment; replace worn parts as needed and coordinate with officers daily.
• Respond to incidents from the Global Service Desk and resolve within SLAs; tickets logged in ServiceNow.
• Perform full hardware, software and electrical diagnostics using specialist tools.
• Update open incidents with notes via phone app or calls from the service desk and provide status updates.
• Escalate for additional support across local and global expert teams as needed.
• Manage spares to ensure accuracy of parts onsite for speedy repair and resolution.
• Maintain high level of communication with customers and colleagues regarding resolution times and next steps.
