Sky Handling Partner Ltd is hiring a Check-in Agent at Dublin Airport. You will work frontline to guide passengers from check-in through boarding, ensuring a smooth travel experience and collaboration with airline clients in a busy operational setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach, with shifts starting as early as 03:00 and a competitive hourly rate. Join a collaborative team committed to safety and service excellence.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional attitude with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors/managers.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to grooming and uniform standards.

Responsabilidades

• Process passengers and baggage for the correct flight.
• Verify passenger documentation per immigration, security and airline requirements.
• Ask required security questions as per IAA directives.
• Assist disrupted passengers per airline procedures and supervisor directions.
• Provide support to passengers needing extra assistance.
• Manage boarding process with accurate passenger counts and safety procedures.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service at all times.
• Meet arriving passengers and direct them through immigration channels.
• Report system errors or operational issues to a supervisor.
• Undertake additional duties across departments as needed.
