Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search is partnering with a global aircraft leasing leader to recruit a senior accounting professional. The role reports to the Financial Controller and covers accounting and statutory compliance for the group and subsidiaries.

Key duties include reviewing quarterly management accounts, managing statutory compliance, coordinating the global audit, and overseeing Central Bank and CSO reporting. Strong IFRS consolidation and US GAAP exposure are desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 3+ years PQE in aircraft leasing audit or industry.
• Strong technical accounting experience including IFRS consolidation and US GAAP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze quarterly management accounts and financial statements.
• Manage statutory compliance for a large portfolio of global entities.
• Oversee annual global audit.
• Review Central Bank quarterly reporting and CSO reporting.
• Liaise with third party providers - Audit, Tax, Outsourcing.
• Provide technical accounting policy decisions and applications.
• Engage with complex transactions and deal financing from an accounting perspective.

This role reports to the Financial Controller and is responsible for managing accounting and statutory compliance for group and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Review & analysis of quarterly management accounts & financial statements
• Manage statutory compliance for a large portfolio of global entities.
• Manage annual global audit.
• Review of Central Bank quarterly reporting and CSO reporting
• Manage relationship with third party providers - Audit , Tax, Outsourcing
• Technical accounting policy decisions and application
• Exposure to deal financing and accounting for a wide variety of complex transactions

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant – 3+ Years PQE in Aircraft Leasing audit or industry
• Strong technical accounting experience - IFRS consolidation and US GAAP experience desirable
