Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search is partnering with an established aircraft leasing firm to recruit a Senior Finance Manager. The role manages the accounting function, provides technical accounting expertise, and advises on complex transactions in collaboration with the CFO and senior management.

You will lead the finance team, oversee IFRS-compliant reporting, and contribute to strategic planning, deal execution, and operational improvements in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with IFRS expertise.
• 5+ years PQE in Aircraft Leasing and related finance roles.
• Experience in senior finance roles within aircraft lessor, Big 4, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical leadership and oversight within the finance team
• Manage complex accounting transactions
• Collaborate with leadership team to support strategic planning, deal execution, and operational improvements.
• Lead and mentor senior, newly qualified, and junior finance team members
• Manage and review financial documentation and reports to ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards, maintaining rigorous quality control.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function, aligned with business growth objectives.
• Engage with external advisors and auditors to coordinate reviews, ensuring robust financial controls and transparent reporting.
• Lead the monthly reporting process, ensuring the delivery of a timely, high-quality reporting pack that aligns with the expectations of senior leadership
• Anticipate and plan upcoming business needs, deal pipelines, and resource requirements, helping to shape the team’s capacity and capabilities.

This is a visible role in organisation and will manage accounting function, provide technical accounting expertise and advise on complex transactions

Working with CFO and other senior management you will manage financial control ans support business strategy.
