Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking an Air Separation Unit Plant Manager in Leixlip, Ireland. The role focuses on safe, efficient plant operation and leading ASU engineers.

You will ensure maintenance compliance, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the Remote Operating Centre and Product Supply Management. A degree or time-served apprenticeship is required, with strong numeracy and communication skills.

• Ensure plant maintenance complies with legislation and standards.
• Provide emergency cover for ASU production when required.
• Budget management and liaison with Product Supply Management.

• Further ensuring that the On-site Operations complies with SHEQ requirements is desired
• You will also ensure that workplace inspections are done and kept up to date
• Working closely with the ROC (Remote Operating Centre) for training and diagnosing problems is required
• Reporting on a monthly basis on plant KPI’s
• In addition you will provide call-in emergency cover for ASU production when required
• Liaising with the PSM (Product Supply Management) on scheduling
• Manage the plant budget
