Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, Leixlip, Ireland, is seeking a TMM Finance Coordinator to manage P.O. creation, invoice processing, and KPI reporting across multiple regions. You will validate invoices using rate files, liaise with AP to meet SLAs, and generate regional cost reports in SAP.

Qualifications

• Experience of ERP systems e.g. SAP and an understanding of the purchase through to pay process.
• Familiar with customer invoicing and requirements.
• Knowledge of freight cost and revenue charge elements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain all P.O.s for TMM and goods receipting invoices and sending to AP.
• Validate a high volume of SSL & OEM invoices for both TMM Ireland and International using rate files.
• Resolve supplier and customer account queries.
• Prepare Ireland/China DTX & Annual Supplier Fee invoicing.
• Report and share Ad Hoc Costs to the Freight / Supply Team for approval.
• Liaise daily with AP regarding status/expected payment dates of processed invoices to ensure SLAs are maintained.
• Create all TMM Sales invoices in SAP.
• Prepare monthly cost reports across all customer regions, Ireland, China, Israel, USA and Malaysia.
• Manage reporting for some KPIs for Finance Manager to present at management meetings.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will manage the process of creating and maintaining all P.O.s for TMM and goods receipting invoices and sending to AP
• Validate a high volume of SSL & OEM invoices for both TMM Ireland and International using a vast array of complex rate files
• In addition, you will resolve supplier and customer accountqueries
• Prepare Ireland/China DTX & AnnualSupplier Fee invoicing
• Report and share Ad Hoc Costs to the Freight / Supply Team for approval
• You will liaise daily with AP regarding status/expected payment dates of processed invoices to ensure SLA’s are maintained
• Creating all TMM Sales invoices in SAP
• Prepare monthly cost reports across all customer regions, Ireland, China, Israel, USA and Malaysia
• Furthermore, you will manage reporting for some KPIs for Finance Manager to present at management meetings
• Assist in preparing monthly billing reports to customer across various regions
