Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking an Air Separation Unit Plant Manager in Leixlip, Ireland. The role focuses on safe, efficient plant operation and leading ASU engineers.

You will ensure maintenance compliance, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the Remote Operating Centre and Product Supply Management. A degree or time-served apprenticeship is required, with strong numeracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of the Leixlip ASU plant.
• Manage and develop the ASU Engineers.
• Maintain liquids stocks to meet customer demands.
• Ensure plant maintenance complies with legislation and standards.
• Provide emergency cover for ASU production when required.
• Budget management and liaison with Product Supply Management.
