BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a senior manager to lead Homecare teams delivering Clinical and Home Oxygen services across the Island of Ireland. You will work with the management team to ensure safe, timely service delivery compliant with contracts.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, productivity initiatives, and governance across NI and ROI, with external liaison to Health Boards and authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Homecare teams delivering Clinical and Home Oxygen services on an IOI basis.
• Deliver key productivity projects within NI and ROI home oxygen and clinical services.
• Oversee SHEQ performance and improvements across Homecare in NI & ROI.
• Liaise with Health Boards, Health Authority personnel and customers to promote BOC Homecare.
• Monitor and manage supply chain stock levels to meet customer service KPIs.
• Ensure Homecare employees adhere to Information Governance and Pharmacovigilance policies.

Descripción del empleo

• You will manage, develop and oversee Homecare teams deliveringClinical and Home Oxygen services on an Island of Ireland (IOI) basis
• Patient and customer focus are key elements of this seniormanagerial role, as is people management and development
• You will work as part of BOC Healthcare’s management team to ensurethat services are delivered safely, on time and to contract specification
• Part of the role will be to deliver key productivity projectswithin the scope of Northern Ireland (NI) home oxygen and Rep. of Ireland (ROI) clinical services
• The role is responsible for SHEQ performance and improvementsacross Homecare functions in NI & ROI
• You will also liaise externally with key Health Board and HealthAuthority personnel and customers to represent and promote BOC’s Homecarebrand
• In addition, you will ensure that supply chain stock levels aremonitored and managed to ensure Customer Service KPIs are met
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Homecareemployees are aware of Information Governance requirements and work withinthe guidance and best-practice of BOC’s Pharmacovigilance policy
