Job summary

Octopus Energy Generation (OEGEN) seeks an AIFM Operations & Investor Relations Analyst to provide operational and administrative support across the AIFM functions and to assist the London-based Investor Relations team for Octopus Renewables Infrastructure plc. The role emphasizes governance, oversight, fundraising, and investor engagement across the group.

You will work with Designated Persons, manage regulator returns, monitor AUM, support new fund launches, and coordinate investor materials,

Qualifications

• Degree level with strong administrative ability.
• Experience in financial services or AIFM is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with investors.
• Confidential handling of investor data.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Designated Persons with regulator returns and information gathering.
• Monitor funds' AUM and track records; project AIFM capital requirements.
• Support onboarding of new fund launches and RFP processes.
• Conduct Product Governance reviews and oversee delegates/ service providers.
• Review financial promotions for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare quarterly reports for Designated Persons and coordinate with teams.
• Support investor relations activities and maintain investor materials.
• Coordinate across Octopus Energy Generation functions and travel to London as needed.
