Job summary

Astute is recruiting an Asset Manager for its Dublin office to oversee wind, solar and BESS assets across Europe. A strong electrical background in engineering, maintenance or operations is required, with opportunities to advance through HV Diploma and long‑term career progression.

You will report to the Director of Asset Operations and work with O&M providers, contractors and technical teams to optimise performance and reliability while managing budgets and reporting on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, field service or operations.
• Strong electrical knowledge, ideally within renewables, power generation or utilities.
• MV/HV systems understanding with willingness to develop further expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and optimisation of wind, solar and BESS assets across Europe.
• Apply electrical knowledge to assess asset performance, investigate faults and improve reliability.
• Work with O&M providers, contractors and technical teams to resolve operational issues.
• Develop understanding of MV/HV systems, grid connections and renewable energy operations.
• Support contract management, operational budgets and technical performance reporting.
• Monitor asset performance against key technical and commercial KPIs.
• Promote high HSE standards and build relationships with key stakeholders.
