Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Significant experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced orgs.
• Strong program management, planning, execution tracking, dependency and risk management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams toward shared business and technical outcomes.
• Experience engaging senior leaders and managing broad stakeholder landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with AI-driven systems, agentic platforms, and workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on testing approaches for agentic systems and reliability-focused validation.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical programs across teams and functions.
• Drive coordination across engineering, product, design, data, operations, and partners to align goals and milestones.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions to maintain momentum.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, status reporting, and escalation mechanisms for large programs.
• Provide concise progress updates to executives, outlining risks and decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and align parallel efforts into a cohesive plan.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, leadership updates, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to validate agentic AI and workflow solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, quality, compliance, and operational readiness in delivery.
• Structure plans, define ownership, and drive execution in ambiguous environments.
• Promote disciplined follow-through and data-driven decision-making.
