Job summary

Albert Bow in Dublin is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to shape architecture and strategy for AI-powered customer experiences. You will work directly with customers, own critical systems, and mentor an engineering team in a fast-moving startup.

You'll design and build AI-driven retrieval pipelines, LLM workflows, and real-time analytics, using React, Next.js and modern frontend tech to deliver scalable, high-impact product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across key product areas, driving scalability and reliability.
• Design and build AI-powered products handling thousands of interactions.
• Own LLM workflows, prompts, retrieval systems and AI guardrails.
• Create real-time analytics and coaching systems for customer teams.
• Develop intuitive frontend experiences with React/Next.js.
• Partner with customers to validate decisions and opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and grow the Dublin engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and GTM to move ideas to production.
