Qualifications

• Proven track record in Solution Engineering (Pre-sales) for enterprise software.
• Translate business objectives into technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Professional Services teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical 'North Star' for the sales team, aligning technical strategy with business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver innovative demos (Agentforce and Data Cloud) addressing business challenges.
• Lead the solution cycle through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and PS.
• Clearly articulate Salesforce value to IT and C-suite audiences.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce products and industry trends.
