Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive AI-powered marketing solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to renewal, working with AI engineers and services to deliver measurable ROI for SMB and enterprise clients.

You will articulate business value of Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud capabilities, build a robust pipeline, and guide customers through digital transformation with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
Proven track record of achieving targets and revenue goals.
Credibility with customers and internal teams on technology-led transformations.
Strong forecasting abilities and consistent pipeline management.
Experience with net new business and upsell in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales process from prospecting to renewal with a focus on new business.
Position Salesforce AI capabilities to modernise marketing and prove ROI.
Manage strategic accounts and advise on AI-driven engagement strategies.
Develop pipeline via outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, and market intel.
Collaborate with Core Sales, AI Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners.
Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver timely forecasts and revenue updates.
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and education on AI roadmap.
