Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in business insights, market or competitive intelligence, analytics or a related field.
• Experience leading or directing insights, research or analytics professionals; healthcare/medical device experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Market and Competitive Intelligence function and manage a team of insights professionals.
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan for the CI area aligned to Global Business Insights roadmap.
• Deliver actionable insights, dashboards and analytics assets with timely, well-sourced outputs.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategies into priorities and requirements.
