Cook Medical Incorporated seeks a seasoned Manager, Business Insights – Market and Competitive Intelligence in Limerick. You will lead a team delivering market sizing, competitive analyses, and strategic insights to accelerate decision-making.

The role shapes the CI operating plan and partners with AI/ML teams to scale outputs for senior leaders across the organization. The position prioritizes actionable, well-sourced insights with executive-ready formats, supporting product strategy, portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, data analytics, finance or related field.
• 10+ years in business insights/market intelligence with progression.
• Experience leading insights teams is preferred.
• Healthcare/medical device exposure is preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market and Competitive Intelligence delivery for senior leadership.
• Set methodologies, standards and deliverable formats for CI outputs.
• Develop and manage annual operating plan for the CI function.
• Ensure actionable insights drive business value and adoption.
• Partner with data/AI teams to scale insights using AI-enabled workflows.
