Aer Lingus is looking for a Head of Business Insights to shape and execute enterprise‑wide data strategy. You will partner with directors and executives to embed data‑driven decision making and lead analytics teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Customer.

You will prioritise high‑value data products, translate business needs into insights, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience (8+ years) in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics).
• Deep understanding of data platforms, governance, and AI/ML in business contexts.

• Interface with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into data initiatives.
• Lead analytics teams and data products aligned to business value.
• Champion data literacy and insight‑led decision making across the organisation.
