Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Proven extensive healthcare payment integrity, claims auditing, medical cost management experience.
• Proven leadership of leaders across multiple locations/time zones.
• Experience taking payment integrity opportunities through full lifecycle, from identification to value realization.
• Proven competitive intelligence, market share strategy, or insourcing strategy experience.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics or intelligent automation to operations/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Competitive Intelligence portfolio and growth strategy across non-clinical Payment Integrity products.
• Own external signal detection and opportunity generation; surface opportunities from provider trends and market activity.
• Drive end-to-end opportunity lifecycle: sizing, business cases, governance, deployment and value realization.
• Reduce external leakage; expand internal capability to displace third-party vendors.
• Build AI-powered intelligence and automation, adopting AI/ML to improve signal generation and productivity.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Analytics and Technology to advance pre-payment prevention and post-payment recovery.
