Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Transformation Manager in Dublin to lead the development and execution of skills-driven organisation strategies, talent planning, and workforce transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior clients to shape workforce capability, governance and mobility models, leveraging AI-driven diagnostics to guide decision making.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience leading client-facing work across talent strategy, organisation design, workforce planning, or workforce transformation.
Ability to translate workforce insight into executive narratives and roadmaps.
Experience using data-driven diagnostics or workforce modelling to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent & Workforce engagements across talent strategy, skills architecture and mobility for clients.
Advise senior stakeholders on AI-driven work changes and investment implications.
Oversee design and delivery of strategic workforce planning and skills transformation initiatives.
Build and manage multidisciplinary delivery teams and client relationships.
Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and market eminence.
