• Experience integrating AI into business process design.
• Delivery of project work in a consulting or industry environment.
• Ability to translate data into structured recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools across tasks, including agents for deliverables.
• Produce trend and forces assessments with benchmarking against peers.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support digital and platform solutions delivery.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments with AI visualization.
• Conduct benchmarking with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis.
• Apply domain knowledge to reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning in AX Design.
