Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned professional to own the end-to-end design of future-state processes with AI integration. You will lead client discovery workshops, defend recommendations to senior leadership, and shape operating models aligned with AI-enabled transformations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, benchmark analyses, and develop playbooks while coaching junior practitioners on AI design principles within the transformation domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, redesign or management consulting.
• Ability to lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Proven benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Experience designing AI-enabled future-state processes.
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design.
