Job summary

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale, end-to-end programs across governance and business planning. You will design and implement automation and AI-enabled tools to replace manual, fragmented processes, and you will partner with senior leaders to align priorities and build consensus across functions.

You will create structured operating models in undefined areas, own delivery against timelines, and share scalable tooling and approaches for broader adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience building and deploying automation or AI-enabled tools used by others in a work environment, and experience measuring the results.
• Experience defining and implementing operational frameworks, process improvement methods or operating models across complex organisations, in areas that are new or undefined.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional programmes from end to end, including scoping, planning, dependency and risk management, communications, and delivery to agreed timelines and quality levels.
• Create structure in new and undefined areas, defining the operating model, decision rights, and governance for work that does not yet have them.
• Build, test, and deploy automation and AI-enabled tools against the team's own operating processes, and take them into live use.
• Identify where manual effort and repeated handoffs can be automated, and measure the efficiency and quality improvements that are delivered.
• Design programs to continue as sustained mechanisms, including the ownership, documentation, and quality controls that keep them running and the checkpoints that keep the right decisions with people.
• Partner with senior leaders across the organisation to frame decisions, present options and trade-offs, and build consensus across functions with differing priorities.
• Document and share the tools and approaches you develop so that colleagues can adopt and extend them.
