Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You’ll work on production-grade AI agents, data pipelines, and end-to-end delivery with a Deployment Strategist.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering, a CS degree, and fluency in English (additional languages a plus). Travel about 25% is expected, with opportunities to influence product strategy and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Experience with production systems is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German also helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for organisations in production.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture to deployed and observable in production.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Surface platform gaps and provide field insights to product teams.
