Waystone seeks a hands-on Business Analyst to analyse, redesign, and enable automated, AI-assisted workflows across Operations, Technology and the AI COE. You will help transition manual processes to scalable, standardised operating models, with strong governance and risk controls.

You will elicit requirements, design wireframes, assess AI use cases, and lead stakeholder workshops to drive outcomes while promoting responsible AI and data governance.

Formación

• Significant Business Analyst experience in funds or financial services.
• Proven track record in digital, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent process mapping skills; experience with MS Visio.
• Working understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI, data privacy and governance.
• Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes with Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, PowerPoint or AI-assisted tools.
• Experience with low-code / no-code automation and orchestration platforms (Power Automate, n8n).
• Proven ability to support QA through test planning, creation and execution.
• Advanced data analytics and strong problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and generative AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Utilise problem solving, business analysis, data analytics and lean methods to support performance excellence.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and build business cases for exec review.
• Lead interviews and workshops with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Map end-to-end processes to identify automation and AI opportunities with quantified benefits.
• Redesign processes to be automation-ready with clear human judgment points.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate requirements capture, documentation and analysis.
• Design prototypes and wireframes using Figma, Balsamiq, Miro; validate with stakeholders.
• Define AI use cases with data inputs, acceptance criteria, and controls.
• Ensure comprehensive requirement coverage across business, functional and operating model levels.
• Coordinate multiple project phases from business case to transition to BAU; manage risks.
• Support rapid deployment pods with discovery, prototyping and testing.
