AIG is seeking a senior AI/Business Analyst in Dublin to drive transformation within Global Programs & Operations. You will translate business intent into precise AI-enabled system designs, develop domain models and set governance for AI initiatives.
You will also lead and mentor a multi-skilled team, identify high-value AI use cases, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, insights and decision making in a collaborative office environment.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in business analysis, program operations or related fields.
- Insurance domain knowledge across multiple lines preferred.
- 3+ years evaluating and applying AI technologies in practice.
- Experience with AI tools and automation platforms; governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots and adoption initiatives.
- Mentor a multi-skilled team in business analysis and AI.
- Identify AI use cases to improve performance and efficiency.
- Design future-state workflows using AI, automation and analytics.
- Establish standards and reusable artifacts for initiatives.
- Gather requirements, process flows and functional specs.
