Job summary

Nearform is building a new team to lead AI-enabled transformations for enterprise clients. You will work with leadership to map current processes, identify where AI and automation can deliver measurable improvements, and shape practical solutions that engineers can implement.

You’ll be hands-on, collaborating across client teams, with a focus on delivering observable outcomes and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in consulting, business analysis, or operations improvement with client-facing experience.
• Track record of mapping and redesigning business processes with stakeholders.
• Confident in front of clients, capable of running workshops and presenting to C-suite.
• Outcomes-focused: define the value, quantify impact, and measure results post-implementation.
• Commercially minded: translate improvements into CFO-believable numbers.
• Strong storytelling to create clear, compelling presentations for leadership reviews.
• Builder's mindset: test ideas quickly with lightweight PoCs.
• Understand AI/automation capabilities; collaborate with engineers without needing to code.

Responsibilities

• Get on the ground with client teams to understand current processes and workarounds.
• Identify opportunities where AI/automation can improve outcomes.
• Design future processes in collaboration with engineers and client teams.
• Own business cases for redesigned processes and quantify expected value.
• Turn designs into actionable implementation plans for engineering teams.
• Run workshops and persuade frontline staff and senior leaders.
• Help win new work by shaping proposals and offerings.
• Drive team learning by sharing effective approaches and tools.
