Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist and delivery team to ship production-ready capabilities for multiple accounts.

You’ll build end-to-end components, design agent intelligence, and integrate data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, while coaching customers and contributing to MVPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• English required; French and Arabic beneficial.
• Experience delivering to customers (consulting, services, or forward deployed).

Responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health.
• Co-build with customers and partners; share best practices.
• Provide product feedback from real-world deployments.
