Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the motor industry is preferred.
• Excellent administration and IT skills are essential.
• Experience with the Keyloop DMS is desirable.
• Exemplary customer service and communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to book service or repair work.
• Clarify customer symptoms and required work accurately.
• Check workshop availability using the booking system.
• Coordinate with service advisers for job details and queries.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to gauge satisfaction and complete surveys.
• Update customer records in the DMS and CRM systems.
