Job summary

Toyota Naas in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland is launching an Aftersales Apprentice Programme. Over 24 months you will gain hands‑on experience across Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty, and Front‑of‑House operations.

You will be trained in dealership systems and Toyota Way principles, developing skills in bookings, communications, and teamwork across two sites, with on‑the‑job coaching and certification opportunities.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Over 24 months, you will gain comprehensive, real‑world experience across all key Aftersales functions, including Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty, and Front‑of‑House operations.

You’ll be trained in professional systems, dealership processes, customer communication, and Toyota’s world‑class standards.

Training includes:

• Introduction to motor dealership environment and Toyota Way principles.
• Customer relations, booking & scheduling systems (Autoview, Automate, Super Service, CWS, Salesforce, Triage).
• Parts department operations, stock control, EPC systems and customer service skills.
• Service department processes, job card preparation, invoicing, hand‑back procedures and workflow understanding.
• GDPR awareness, data accuracy and compliance responsibilities.

You will develop capabilities in:

• Managing customer bookings, service enquiries and communication.
• Understanding dealership systems, workflows and performance KPIs.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Coordinating with Service, Parts, Sales and Workshop teams.
• Handling complaints professionally and building customer trust.
• Practical tasks in both Service and Parts environments.
• Delivering an excellent customer journey aligned with Toyota standards.

• Communicate with workshop, sales and parts teams.
