Toyota Naas in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland is launching an Aftersales Apprentice Programme. Over 24 months you will gain hands‑on experience across Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty, and Front‑of‑House operations.

You will be trained in dealership systems and Toyota Way principles, developing skills in bookings, communications, and teamwork across two sites, with on‑the‑job coaching and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Interest in vehicles, technology and people.
• Willing to learn across multiple departments and two sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commit to on‑the‑job training and Toyota Way principles.

Responsabilités

• Gain experience across Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty and Front‑of‑House operations.
• Support customer bookings, inquiries and communication.
• Learn dealership systems: Autoview, Automate, Super Service, CWS, Salesforce, Triage.
• Deliver an excellent customer journey aligned with Toyota standards.
