Job summary

Toyota Naas and Monasterevin Motors in Kildare invite you to join the Aftersales Apprentice Programme. Over 24 months you will gain hands-on experience across Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty and Front-of-House operations while learning Toyota standards.

You'll train in dealership systems such as Autoview, Automate, Super Service, CWS, Salesforce and Triage, develop strong communication skills, and receive structured coaching with clear progression toward a permanent role.

Programme Duration: 24 months

About The Programme

Over 24 months, you will gain comprehensive, realworld experience across all key Aftersales functions, including Service, Parts, Customer Relations, Warranty, and FrontofHouse operations.

You'll be trained in professional systems, dealership processes, customer communication, and Toyota's worldclass standards.

Training includes:

• Introduction to motor dealership environment and Toyota Way principles.
• Customer relations, booking & scheduling systems (Autoview, Automate, Super Service, CWS, Salesforce, Triage).
• Parts department operations, stock control, EPC systems and customer service skills.
• Service department processes, job card preparation, invoicing, handback procedures and workflow understanding.
• GDPR awareness, data accuracy and compliance responsibilities.

You will develop capabilities in:

• Managing customer bookings, service enquiries and communication.
• Understanding dealership systems, workflows and performance KPIs.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Coordinating with Service, Parts, Sales and Workshop teams.
• Handling complaints professionally and building customer trust.
• Practical tasks in both Service and Parts environments.
• Delivering an excellent customer journey aligned with Toyota standards.

Graduates typically progress into a position as a Junior Aftersales Advisor, where you will:

• Manage customer interactions in parts, warranty and service bookings.
• Communicate with workshop, sales and parts teams.
• Apply your technical and customer service training daily.
• Continue developing your skills within a structured career path.
