Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage and inspire a team delivering Before School, After School and Holiday Club programmes at partner schools. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure safety and deliver engaging activities to children.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with school-aged children, Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, strong English, Garda vetting, and two written references; own car is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview).
• Two written references checks required before starting.
