Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores or material handling environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational and planning skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience (Desirable).
• Experience with export compliance requirements and shipping documentation (Desirable).
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes (Desirable).
• Experience working within a quality-regulated environment (Desirable).
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries from customers and suppliers.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, quantity accuracy, and correct identification.
• Review aerospace documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Verify material certification and traceability requirements.
• Accurately record and process incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Report discrepancies, damage, or non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure materials and components are stored safely and accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability at all times.
• Support stock control activities and inventory audits.
• Ensure materials are correctly labelled and identified.
• Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Prepare materials, components, and finished products for shipment.
• Ensure products are packaged in accordance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and verify shipping documentation and labels.
• Coordinate shipments with approved couriers and freight providers.
• Ensure all export and shipping documentation is completed accurately.
• Adhere to company quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain full traceability of aerospace materials and components.
• Support internal and external audit activities as required.
• Follow Environmental, Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and stores function.
