Responsibilities include preparing shipments, generating shipping documents, coordinating couriers, and supporting audits. Candidates should have warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a safety‑driven, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Essential previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or material handling environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Desirable experience within aviation, aerospace, medical device, manufacturing, semiconductor, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of aerospace traceability requirements.
• Experience with export compliance requirements and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• Experience working within a quality-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving & Inspection: receive and verify incoming deliveries from customers and suppliers.
• Storage & Inventory Control: maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability.
• Shipping & Dispatch: prepare materials for shipment and generate shipping documents.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: adhere to quality procedures and regulatory requirements; support audits.
• Environmental, Health & Safety: follow safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
