Job summary

Moog Inc. in Dublin is seeking an EHS/Quality Coordinator to support the Safety, Quality and Compliance function within our aviation maintenance organisation.

The role involves coordinating EHS activities, assisting with regulatory compliance such as EASA and FAA requirements, and supporting the internal audit programme. You will collaborate with operational teams to promote safety culture and drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in Aviation Management, Quality Management, Environmental Science, OH&S, or Business Management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with regulated documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities and maintain EHS records.
• Assist in planning and conducting internal audits for regulatory compliance.
• Support document control activities and management system updates.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and reports for management review meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the Safety, Quality and Compliance department.
