For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.**Job Title**:Shipping and Receiving Operator**Reporting To:**Operations Manager**Work Schedule:**Onsite – Dublin, IRL# Key Responsibilities## ## Goods Receiving & Inspection* Receive and verify incoming deliveries from customers and suppliers.* Inspect incoming goods for damage, quantity accuracy, and correct identification.* Review aerospace documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.* Verify material certification and traceability requirements.* Accurately record and process incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.* Report discrepancies, damage, or non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.## ## Storage & Inventory Control* Ensure materials and components are stored safely and accurately.* Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability at all times.* Support stock control activities and inventory audits.* Ensure materials are correctly labelled and identified.* Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.## ## Shipping & Dispatch* Prepare materials, components, and finished products for shipment.* Ensure products are packaged in accordance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.* Generate and verify shipping documentation and labels.* Coordinate shipments with approved couriers and freight providers.* Ensure all export and shipping documentation is completed accurately.## ## Quality, Safety & Compliance* Adhere to company quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.* Maintain full traceability of aerospace materials and components.* Support internal and external audit activities as required.* Follow Environmental, Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and stores function.# # Qualifications & Experience## Essential* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or material handling environment.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.* Good organisational and planning skills.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.* Basic computer skills.* Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures.## Desirable* Experience within aviation, aerospace, medical device, manufacturing, semiconductor, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or other regulated industries.* Understanding of aerospace traceability requirements.* Forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.* Experience with export compliance requirements and shipping documentation.* Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.* Experience working within a quality-regulated environment.* Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.# # What We Offer* Opportunity to work within a leading aerospace and aviation MRO environment.* Exposure to aerospace logistics, material handling, and supply chain operations.* Professional development and training opportunities.* Collaborative and supportive team environment.* Competitive salary and benefits package.* Opportunity to contribute to operational excellence within a highly regulated industry.# # Additional Information* Travel Requirements: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our Ballyboughal, North County Dublin facility.
