Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with the KB, and ongoing improvement of Sun Life’s IT support for advisors across Ireland and Canada. Waterford-based with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of IT support for Sun Life’s Advisor community.
• Work with IT team to proactively resolve issues and keep clients productive.
• Log call details and contribute to Knowledge Base to improve service.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams with clear communication to clients.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tasks and add value to the team and clients.
