Armont Recruitment is partnering with an international FMCG organisation to recruit an ambitious Accounts Receivable Assistant for the Dublin finance team. The role reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor within a dynamic finance function.

The successful candidate will handle invoicing, pricing authorization, overdue payments, cash receipt posting, and month-end AR activities, with SAP and multicurrency experience considered advantageous.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience in a multinational environment is desirable.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Experience handling multicurrency transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure invoices are raised accurately and on time.
• Authorize pricing on invoices before they are raised.
• Manage and escalate overdue payments.
• Post customer receipts and resolve payment differences.
• Prepare and communicate customer statements.
• Assist with month-end tasks related to AR, including journal entries.
• Support other ad hoc duties as needed.

Armont have partnered with an international FMCG organisation looking to identify an ambitious accounts receivable assistant to join their expanding finance team based in Dublin.

This business is at a time of continued growth and the Account Receivable professional will report into the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and you will work within a dynamic overall finance team.

The Role

• Ensuring invoices are raised in a timely and precise manner
• Authorize pricing on each invoice prior to invoice being raised
• Managing and escalating overdue payments
• Posting all customer receipts
• Ensure payment advices are received and resolve any differences
• Preparing and communicating customer statements
• Assist with month end related tasks such as journal processing for AR related items.
• Any other ad hoc duties

The Candidate

• Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience within accounts receivable
• Previous experience within a multinational environment is desirable
• Previous experience of SAP is an advantage
• Experience of multicurrency transactions
