Job summary

Select Tech Group in Dublin is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to manage the AP function across multiple trading companies. You will balance hands-on processing with leadership of the Purchase Ledger team, oversee month-end close, and drive the rollout of a new invoice automation system.

The role requires AP expertise in a high-volume environment, strong communication, and the ability to deliver timely payables and improvements across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable within a high-volume invoice environment.
• Experience supervising & managing a team.
• Strong communication skills with suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to month-end deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise and support a team of 3 Purchase Ledger Administrators across the group.
• Lead the implementation of a new Purchase Invoice Automation system across the group.
