The role suits a professional with around 5 years in accounts payable who can manage invoices, reconciliations and supplier queries.

You will work in a busy finance environment, using Sage and Excel daily, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines and proactive collaboration with other teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, verifying and importing purchase invoices into Sage.
• Processing and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.
• Completing monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
• Reconciling Visa and debit card transactions.
• Assisting with ad hoc supplier payments.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams as required.
• Carrying out general finance and administrative duties.
