Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years' experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance administration role (recent graduates welcome).
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a relevant third-level qualification is an advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail; good Excel skills.

• Receive, review, and code supplier and subcontractor invoices in Zoho Books.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery records; flag discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records and ensure timely approvals for payments.
