Hollister Incorporated in Ballina, County Mayo, seeks an Accounts Administrator II to manage high-volume supplier invoices, support month-end close, and drive KPI reporting within the AP function. The role requires 2–5 years AP experience, strong Excel and SAP proficiency, and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

This on-site position offers stability within a multinational manufacturing environment and opportunities to contribute to cross-functional finance projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
• 2–5 years' Accounts Payable experience in a shared services, manufacturing, or similar environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and AP controls, with experience in reconciliations and month-end close activities
• Exposure to KPI reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, problem solving and audit support

Mansioni

• Process high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding, validation, and timely approvals
• Prepare payment runs, reconcile creditor accounts, and maintain accurate AP records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare month-end journals and accruals, support AP ledger postings, and manage corporate credit card reconciliations in line with company policy
• Perform Intercompany reconciliations providing required documentation
• Track AP KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Partner with finance teams on process improvement initiatives and support projects/audits as required
