Alliedtalent is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Ireland. The role develops core AP responsibilities and broad finance skills, with study support for ACCA or ATI exams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Hands-on Revenue, ROS and RCT experience.
• Proficient with Xero, AccountsIQ, SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience in process change or a system-led finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare Revenue returns including VAT, VIES, Intrastat, RCT, RTD and Form 46G
• Bank, creditors ledger and intercompany reconciliations
• Process payments in line with internal controls and cash forecasts
• Support AP/AR month-end close, including cut-offs and reporting inputs
• Identify and drive process improvements, reducing manual work and spreadsheet reliance
